Kingdom Of Kryal – Chapter II

Come join us at Kryal Castle nestled in the foothills of Victoria’s Mount Warrenheip (near Ballarat) for a three day Dungeons and Dragons event like no other! Created and hosted by GlowCraft Australia

Our 3 Day Dungeons and Castles experience starts in the Abbey Inn Tavern. Adventurers have received an urgent letter from the Knights Guard asking them to investigate the sudden appearance of a creature within the castle walls.

Whilst this story is Chapter Two in the Kingdom of Kryal canon, it is a completely self-contained adventure and definitely a great adventure to experience at the Castle for first-time visitors!

Your Professional DM will be your Guide

Everyone gets to play! Our team have all worked together to craft this 3-session story centred around Kryal Castle and its inhabitants.

There are many ways the story can end. Will your group make the right choices?

Enjoy an authentic feast each night

Each night at the castle join all the other players for an authentic medieval feast before heading off to your game session for the evening! Drink and be merry with traditional beverages such as mead available for purchase during the night.

D&D Class Themed Cocktails?!

It’s not just Barbarians who need a drink from time to time. Even a studious wizard works up a thirst by hitting the books!

Whether you’re a Warlock or Cleric, Bard or Fighter – the tavernkeep has a drink that’s sure to satisfy. Yes, even Sorcerers and Paladins will find something to quench their thirst.

Watch out for the Rogues though – they might try to grab your drink once they’ve finished with their own cocktail.

Now, it’s time for your game session!

Each night you will break away into a private session with just your group and your Professional DM. Each night at the table represents a full day of adventure during the story.

There are many paths to follow, and places to visit. You won’t be able to do everything, so choose wisely!

The adventure continues away from the table!

During the day there will be authentic medieval activities such as Archery, Axe Throwing, Jousting (featuring real world-renowned Jousters) and live performances from an amazing cast of performers.

What’s more, you can continue to uncover more about the main story by interacting with these performers (let’s call them NPCs!) during the day, or potentially uncover some hidden secrets amongst the castle? Who knows?!

We have you covered! During the day there will also be additional optional one-shots that you can jump into. Bring your own character, enjoy some chaos before heading back to the main story at night!

Getting There

Kryal Castle is located just outside Ballarat, approximately one hour’s drive from Melbourne. From Melbourne, take the Western Freeway which leads past the townships of Bacchus Marsh and Ballan, to Ballarat. Set on the side of Mt Warrenheip, visitors can enjoy beautiful views over Ballarat and the surrounding countryside from the Castle grounds. There is ample free car parking onsite.
